Introduction
If your managers are looking to empower staff, build confidence in their competence and develop accountability then coaching will help managers to do just that.
Coaching is one of the most effective skills that managers can learn, and this course will give managers a good foundation of what coaching is, an understanding of the multiple benefits of coaching and the opportunity to develop and practice coaching skills through practical application.
Participants will also get access to individual coaching sessions to help develop their skills as well as learning and practicing with like-minded individuals.

- Practice Coaching – Role play and practice your coaching skills.
- Coaching Challenges – Identify what to do when faced with common coaching challenges.
- Action Learning – Explore your management challenges through action learning to see group coaching in action.
