Overview:

Performance management isn’t just about managing under performers, it is fundamental for engaging, motivating and inspiring staff to perform at their optimum as well as is maximising the value that staff bring to the workplace. This course looks to identify what performance management looks like for individual teams and the tools and techniques required to maximise team performance. It will also look to explore ways to manage performance taking in to account different individuals as well as how to tackle performance management challenges in a safe environment. Your managers will go away with a much better understanding of what performance management is and the tools they need in their toolkit to drive and maximise performance through others.
