Coaching is a fundamental skill for managers to develop and has many benefits including building accountability, empowerment and engagement with their direct reports. The key to developing coaching is a solid understand of what it is and an opportunity to develop core coaching skills as well as practice. This course does exactly that to improve managers understanding of coaching and to give managers an opportunity to practice everydaycoaching techniques in a safe environment. Your manager’s will go away with a much better understanding of the multiple benefits of coaching as well as some core coaching techniques they can apply straight away.
