This course will take managers and mentors understanding of mentoring from a simple conversation to being able to have a structured and actionable mentoring sessions to improve outcomes, learning, growth and development for mentees. It can also be used to support any mentoring programme your organisation may be adopting to ensure mentors take a robust and high quality approach to mentoring.
