Confidence holds many people back in the workplace and research has shown that up to 70% of people in the workplace, particularly those from minority groups may suffer from a lack of confidence or imposter syndrome at any one time in their life. This short sharp session is designed to give your people a much-needed boost to start their journey to building confidence and tackling imposter syndrome. It looks to identify what confidence is, what stops us being confident and simple tools and techniques to build confidence using real life scenarios. If you believe that confidence is an issue for you or your people, this course if for you.
