Mentee Training

Overview:

Mentoring is a two-way relationship between a mentee and mentor and to get the most out of mentoring programmes it is vital both the mentee and mentor receive training and an opportunity to practice their sessions. This session looks to clarify what mentoring is, what the role of a mentee is and how they can make the most out of a working relationship with a mentor. It will also look to explore different types of mentoring, and will give mentees the clarity, confidence and tools they need to start their journey as a mentee. This training will work well with mentoring training and can be designed to support a specific in-house mentoring programme.
