This course is a reflective course that will give manager’s the opportunity to explore what a successful hybrid team looks like to them, and the strategies they need to develop to ensure they foster team inclusivity and unity. It also looks at the importance of leveraging technology and the role for flexibility to ensure continuous improvement. Your manager’s will go away with a fresh perspective and some tools and techniques to improve how they manage in a hybrid environment.
