  2. The Psychology of Emotional Intelligence – Understand the psychology and key competencies of emotional intelligence.

  3. Characteristics of Leaders High EQ – Know what emotional intelligence looks like in practice.

  4. Your Emotional Intelligence – Explore your levels of emotional intelligence, what is it and isn’t and how to use this.

  5. Techniques to Manage Emotions – Work through some key tools and techniques to develop your emotional intelligence.

  6. Different Behavioural Preferences – Understand your behavioural preferences and how to use emotional intelligence to understand other behavioural preferences.

  7. Communication and Empathy – Explore the importance of flexing your communication style and why empathy is a key competence when developing your emotional intelligence.

  8. Emotional Intelligence Challenges – Work through some typical leadership challenges and how you can apply emotional intelligence successfully.
