Introduction

As a leader, manager or an aspiring leader the ability to present with confidence and conviction is an important skill to develop, and typically it’s an area which professionals often struggle.

Whatever your manager’s confidence level or experience of public speaking this course will give them the tools, techniques and the opportunity to develop their skills to boost their confidence and ability to present.

Whether its face-to-face presenting, virtual or a combination of both, we cover all aspects of presenting to give participants the toolkit they need. They will also get the opportunity to practice presenting with like minded individuals in a safe environment.

Blended Learning Programme 

Your learning outcomes:

  1. What Makes a Great Presentation – Explore what makes a great presentation.
     
  2. You as a Presenter – Reflect on your ability to present effectively and your style.
     
  3. Presentation Competences – Know what are the key competencies required to be a great presenter.
     
  4. Different Ways to Present – Explore different ways to present, the pros and cons and what that means for your presentation.
     
  5. Visual Aids and Technology – Identify the role for visual aids and technology and the key things you need to think to ensure your presentation is successful.
     
  6. Handling Nerves – Work through some key strategies to handle nerves and boost confidence.
     
  7. Audience Challenges – Know what to do when faced with typical audience challenges as well as the importance of handling questions effectively.
     
  8. Practice Your Presentation – Prepare and practice your presentation in a safe environment and get real time feedback.
