Introduction
Being a manager for the first time can be an exciting yet daunting task and requires a whole new set of skills and competencies. Your people may be very competent at their profession, and now they need to manage and drive performance through others. Knowing where to start can be a daunting prospect. This course will give first time managers all the tools they need to set them on a successful path to effective management and leadership. Not only will they explore their early challenges and how to get started to build solid foundations, but they will get the opportunity to learn off like-minded peers, have access to the tools and techniques and access to a unique combination of online learning and training to build confidence in their ability to lead and manage successfully.
