Introduction

Senior Leaders rarely take time out to learn, and this is particularly critical when making the transition into senior leadership. This highly practical session will help senior leaders explore what it takes to make the transition into leadership, the core competencies required, and how to boost confidence to lead.

Leaders will also get the opportunity to explore key challenges and connect with their peers to share their learning.

  3. Behavioural Preference and Leadership – Explore the role for personal preference with leadership.
     
  4. Different Leadership Styles – Identify different leadership styles and how you can develop your own unique and authentic style.
     
  5. Tackling Imposter Syndrome – Explore ways to tackle and overcome imposter syndrome and what that looks like in practice.
     
  6. Build and Maintain High Performing Teams – Identify ways to build and maintain high performance.
     
  7. Communication, Influencing and Networking – Understand fundamental skills required to make an impact as a senior leader.
     
  8. Problem Solving and Decision Making – Explore key problem-solving techniques and real-life case studies to help you with your senior leadership challenges.
