Introduction

This course is for anyone who is a leader or aspiring leader who wants to work on building their confidence. Lack of confidence in leadership is particularly common at all levels and is one of the key areas that holds people back to being the professional or leader they aspire to be. Not only will this identify what may be the root cause for eroding confidence, but it will give participants practical tools to build their confidence to have the impact they want directly linked to their leadership goals. Managers will also get the opportunity to problem solve and share their experiences with like-minded peers.

Course method

Blended Learning Programme 

Your learning outcomes:

  1. The Role for Confidence – Explore what confidence is, how to build it, and what might be eroding your confidence as a leader.

  2. Beliefs and Values – Discover the role for limiting beliefs and how to challenge your mindset to boost your confidence.

    Your Strengths and Capabilities as a Leader – Create the leader that you want to be focusing on your strengths, unique style and capabilities as a leader.

  3. Set Goals – Set your own leadership goals and explore what that looks like in practice.

  4. Empower Yourself – Learn how to boost your confidence in everyday situations and the importance of confident communication and assertiveness.

  5. Lead with focus – Identify ways to  confidently lead your team by exploring areas such as the importance of creating team vision and culture, role modelling, motivating others, and confidently tackling people challenges.

  6. Resilience and Growth – Explore the role for resilience when building confidence, and ways to transform from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset

  7. Action Learning – Explore your own personal confidence challenges and ways to boost your confidence with like minded peers.

Blended Learning

Our blended learning programmes are completely unique and combine the best of online training, coaching, interactive virtual or face to face delivery as well as the opportunity to join a community of practice to explore the practical application of your learning.
