Hi, I’m Tracey, Founder and Director of Practical Training Solutions and I am delighted to welcome you to our website.
I’ve had the pleasure over many years training and coaching thousands of managers, leaders, and aspiring professionals, both in the UK and Internationally.
This has been in many different organisations across the private and public sector including blue-chip companies, and during this time I have noticed several key themes:
- Theory and concepts alone aren’t enough; professionals need practical tools that they can apply in their day jobs so they know what they need to do, and how they will do it.
- Everyone learns in a slightly different way and has the potential to be better at their jobs, they need to understand their “why” and commit to learning, growth and development.
- Accessible learning tools that are easy to understand that can have an impact in the real-world are essential for time-constrained professionals and people want the flexibility to access their own learning when they need it.
- Many managers either newly promoted or with experience may be competent in their professional but often still lack crucial people management skills even if they have been on training before.
