Overview:

Confidence can hold many professionals back in the workplace and managers are no different. Just because they are authority figures does not equate to being confident. This course looks to give managers much needed self-reflection time to understand what confidence is, what the root cause of lack of confidence might be for them and some strategies to help boost confidence. Managers will also get the opportunity to identify the practical application of these tools using real life scenarios to start their journey to building confidence.

  • Explore what confidence is, what stops us being confident and how it differs from self esteem.
  • Start your journey to building confidence focusing on your values and strengths as a manager.
  • Understand how mindset affects our ability to be confident.
  • Explore simple tools and techniques to boost your confidence.
  • Look at how you would apply confidence tools and techniques to real life scenarios as a manager.
