Developing a culture of giving and receiving feedback is fundamental for a high performing team, and it’s important for managers to become skilled and giving feedback, and to be open to receiving feedback. This course looks at the multiple benefits of giving and receiving feedback as well as practical ways to develop a culture of feedback and a toolkit and structure for enabling this to happen. Not only will this encourage managers to explore feedback from their team, but it will work through a structure and strategy for giving feedback to ensure growth, learning and development within their team and for them as a manager.
