Each team is completely unique and has its own set of strengths, characteristics and culture. This course gives managers the opportunity to reflect on their own team and identify what it takes to build manage and maintain a high performing team. Not only will it focus on fundamental foundations such as good communication, cohesion, and clarity of roles and responsibilities, but it will also give managers practical tools and techniques to be able to tackle difficult situations and conflict in a constructive way to help them improve their team’s performance.
