Overview:

Managing hybrid teams is nothing new, but it does require a unique approach dependant on a manager’s team and razor-sharp communication. This course is a reflective course that will give manager’s the opportunity to explore what a successful hybrid team looks like to them, and the strategies they need to develop to ensure they foster team inclusivity and unity. It also looks at the importance of leveraging technology and the role for flexibility to ensure continuous improvement. Your manager’s will go away with a fresh perspective and some tools and techniques to improve how they manage in a hybrid environment.

Your learning outcomes:

•Explore what a successful hybrid team looks like, as well as the challenges and benefits.
•Identify your role in managing a hybrid team and the importance of effective communication.
•Identify strategies to build trust, and foster inclusivity as well as understanding the unique dynamics and potential disparities between in-person and remote team members.
•Reflect on the importance of setting clear expectations  and explore the potential barriers to collaboration and ways to overcome them.
•Look at ways to leverage technology and the importance of open dialogue when managing different team members needs.
•Explore the importance of having a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability.
