This course looks at what core ingredients go into excellent presenting and practical steps to improve your manager’s ability to present, ranging from the role of visual aids and technology to the individual skill level as a presenter. There will also be an opportunity to practice segments of presenting in a safe environment and get valuable feedback to take your manager’s presenting skills to the next level.
