Overview:

Stress management and the ability to harness our resilience are fundamental skills for managers, to help them manage themselves and others more effectively. This course looks to help managers recognise their stress triggers, the impact that stress can have on their wellbeing and will build some resilience techniques and self care strategies that are unique to them.

Your learning outcomes:

  • Recognise the impact stress has on a manager and their team.
  • Identify signs of stress and particular triggers to warrant early intervention.
  • Explore the role of developing resilience in helping manage stress more effectively.
  • Work through a resilience toolkit to give you strategies to manage stress more effectively.
  • Reflect on the importance of wellbeing and self care to help manage stress more effectively.
