Overview:

According to research more than 70% of workers are affected by Imposter Syndrome at any one time in their working lives and the impact on individuals can be disastrous. Not only can it impact negatively on our self-confidence, and feelings of self-worth, but it can lead to having a negative impact on our mental, physical and emotional well-being and can prevent us from advancing in our careers as we would like. This practical course will help managers understand the root cause of imposter syndrome, reflect on their own experiences and develop strategies for tackling imposter syndrome to improve confidence as a manager and leader.
