Overview:

Senior Leaders rarely take time out to learn, and this is particularly critical when making the transition into senior leadership. This highly practical session will help senior leaders explore what it takes to make the transition into leadership, the core competencies required, and how to boost confidence to lead. Leaders will also get the opportunity to explore key challenges and connect with their peers to share their learning.
