Overview:
For your people to perform at their optimum and improve personal effectiveness it’s vital for staff to recognise the importance of looking after their well-being and to explore different coping mechanisms to managing stress and build resilience. This course will give your people some much needed reflection time to build their self-awareness around stress triggers and emotional patterns, as well as work through and identify practical tools and strategies to build resilience and maintain wellbeing. Your people will go away with a new sense of direction and an action plan to improve their levels of resilience and coping mechanisms.
