Overview:

For your people to perform at their optimum and improve personal effectiveness it’s vital for staff to recognise the importance of looking after their well-being and to explore different coping mechanisms to managing stress and build resilience. This course will give your people some much needed reflection time to build their self-awareness around stress triggers and emotional patterns, as well as work through and identify practical tools and strategies to build resilience and maintain wellbeing. Your people will go away with a new sense of direction and an action plan to improve their levels of resilience and coping mechanisms.

Your learning outcomes:

  • Understand the importance of wellbeing and resilience and the benefits of maintaining personal and professional balance.
  • Reflect on the root cause of stress in the workplace and the impact that can have.
  • Develop self awareness for your personal strengths, limitations, stress triggers and emotional patterns that impact your wellbeing and resilience.
  • Develop different coping mechanisms to help you manage yourself more effectively.
  • Work through a resilience toolkit and identify how you would apply that to your real-life situations.
  • Reflect on the importance of managing your own wellbeing.
  • Work through an action plan to improve your level of self careand resilience.
